Resources for Individual Unit Owners
There is oftentimes a fine line between which aspects of your condominium or cooperative are covered by the association policy and which are the responsibility of individual unit owners. It is important for unit owners to understand which aspects of their property are, and are not, covered under the association policy.

If you are interested in more information or are unsure how these guidelines apply to your situation, visit our Frequently Asked Questions page, or contact a Mesirow Financial expert for a complimentary consultation and quote.
